The Snowy... Mountains hosts the “Snowy Classic” road cycling event for the enthusiasts but the roads around the mountains are popular with all riders that wish to test themselves at ‘altitude’. Trails suited to all levels of rider, from beginner to expert. There are experts available will rent bikes and equipment, teach you all you need to know, and point out the trails available. At Thredbo lift access is available to the top of the trails. Competitions are often held at Thredbo such as the Cannonball MTB Festival, Thredbo Gravity Series and Australian MTB Interschools
